The hotel is definitely not a 3 star hotel. The room was very rundown, the bed was sunken in the middle. And they call it a “deluxe” room. Even though there are air conditioning units in the reception area and the restaurant, they don’t turn it on, but open the window at 35 degrees. There’s no air conditioning on the upper floors, the building is boiling hot. Location was good.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, not too far from the beach. In room 207, the Air Conditioning is barely working and extremely noisy. Impossible to sleep if you leave it on. The only channels available on the miniature TV are in German, not even in Italian! The best rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floors that seem to be reserved for the numerous Austrian tourists who seem to be the master of the hotel.

There was no Check-in at all. I asked a million time for cancellation and tried to contact Hotels.com and the hotel itself but no one responds! This is the worst service ever. Money wasteted.

Værelset var hvad man kan forvente, ikke det pæneste og nyeste, men det er hvad man skal bruge. Aircondition var svær at styre så der blev enten for koldt eller for varmt. Der var meget lydt, man kunne naboen og alt hvad der skete ude på gangen. Morgenmaden var middelmådig. Det er dog hvad man kan forvente til prisen, da denne er budgetvenlig

Mit Unterkunft war ich zufrieden, Frühstück braucht mehr Abwechslung - meine ich pikantes Teil des Frühstücks, süßes Teig war extrem vielfältig und lecker! Das Hotel selbst ich gut platziert, Strand erreichbar in drei Minuten, genauso Einkäufe! Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Sauberkeit im Zimmer . Komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Non raggiungibile il wi-fi....abbiamo problemi...(mai potuto usare per 4 giorni)...acqua fredda doccia alle 19.30 !....(perchè è un ora dove tutti fanno la doccia)...personale di servizio che entra nella stanza con noi dentro...richiesta affissa di pagare il conto la sera prima della partenza....diciamo alcune cosine "fastidiose "quando uno è in vacanza.....troppi ospiti dell'albergo privi di mascherine nei luoghi chiusi...
