"Zuvorkommender Vermieter, der umgehend aus seinem Urlaub reagierte und die Heizung durch ein Unternehmen in Gang setzen liess, weil das Wetter plötzlich herbstlich kalt wurde. Das ältere Haus hatte seinen eigenen Charme, allerdings haben wir schmerzlich einen Backofen vermisst. Die Mikrowelle war nicht „unsers“ und hatte auch zu wenig Watt für manche Gerichte.
