Then when we got there, there was water splilled on the floor at the entrance. Since the lobby was filled with people, seniors as well as others. One person in our group grabbed a cpuple of pool towels to wipe it up, so no one fell. When she was gettting her room key, the clerk i stead of thanking her, reprimanded her. Later I needed their assistance in calling one of there room, and he was completely annoyed. Time for a staff meeting. These are ypur customers!
