“I have never experienced the shared kitchen and gathering areas that this place offers. It is unique. Property is freshly updated and very nice.”

“This hotel was so amazing, i loved reading about the history behind it. The only downside was the parking situation. It was either do valet and pay $40.00 a day or use a meter for who knows how much. Most hotels come with parking, this one does not. We still loved it there and would love to go back again!!”

“The style of the decoration is excellent. And it is very close to the art museum. If you ride bikes, it takes you 5 minutes to get to the museum and the lakeside walk. ”

“The Manderly Bed and Breakfast is truly a hidden gem! I had such a wonderful experience throughout my stay. The historic property is fully restored and filled with mesmerizing art and features fine craftmanship in every corner, not to mention it is fully furnished with Victorian pieces. If you are a history buff looking for a time traveling experience, in Milwaukee, this is the place for you. The hosts are exceptionally kind and attentive, and yet respectful of guest's privacy. They were happy……

“No outlets in rooms to put usb for phone chargers. Also, would not recommend Rock n Brew restaurant. After waiting an hour for table, sat another 30 minutes to NEVER be acknowledged. Left along with several other patrons.”

“Whole mansion is in a Victorian Style. Owner puts some much effort and passion in this place. Definitely should spend some time with him. The breakfast was wonderful. They even have some options for guest to choose. However location is a bit far from downtown and some of the decoration and photos could a little bit creepy when you have to pass them during night especially when there isn't many guests in the house. Besides there was no elevator should just avoid bringing big and heavy luggage.”

“While I was shocked that the building didn't have an elevator, its charm was readily evident. The rooms were modern and generous in size (except when the couch was folded out). The Plaza is in an interesting, eclectic neighborhood, easy walking distance to local points of interest, restaurants, and Metro Mart, a local grocery. We didn't eat in the cafe, but the line when we checked out Sunday morning was almost out the door! The stairs were a little difficult, but I'd stay here again.”
