“The place was very dirty. The linens were dirty, the pots/pans and all of the cooking utensils were dirty. There was a rubber band on the floor in bathroom that didn't belong to us.There was only 3 forks and a few spoons. Very little silverwear.”

“I’ll start with the good things. The location is unbeatable, as it is right at the base of the mountain. There were a lot of stairs to climb, but that was fully disclosed in the listing. The beds were comfortable. The communications and help provided during the stay were also great. There are a lot of hooks, which I always look for in a rental, and they left plenty of clean towels. “It is a great location, but I will say this particular condo doesn’t offer much more for the price. It is extremely outdated, dirty, reeks of smoke from the wood burning fire place (and not the normal smell, but clearly someone has used it incorrectly). Towels were dirty, the carpet is in need of replacing (it looks like the carpet color is “stained”), the counters in the kitchen are peeling, and it was just overall dirty and unkempt.
