"We had a premium room that slept 3 people comfortably. Room was clean and cleaned daily according to our schedule. Mini bar ameneties were free (water, beer, snacks). Very nice bathroom with excellent shower. Elevators worked well, we were on 19th floor and rarely had to wait. Hotel breakfast and restaurant were good. Even had a few computers so if you needed to work you had ability. Hotel is well located next to metro stop so easy and cheap access to centre of Naples. We had a great 5 night stay."

"Staying at Europa Palace was a magnificent experience for our family. The hotel is top of the line Beautiful clean and had everything that we needed. The staff was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect. 5 to 8 minute walk into city center, easy hike, down to the pool and Beach area. Closely located to fairies for day trips to other cities in the Amalfi coast. Breakfast was included and it offered so many delicious options. Our room was beautiful, clean modern with great air conditioning. The best hotel weāve stayed in in Europe so far and weād look forward to visiting there again soon."
