Great stay! Older motel has had significant updates and improvements. It was obvious our room has received a complete remodel. Very clean with polite staff. Great location for travel to this area of Texas.

I looked at the pictures before book and it shows that it has a pool hut thete is no pool its actually fill with dirt. But everything else was perfect clean and neat.

Fishing trip

Very nice place to stay specially if you are there to fish and towing a boat. Parking lot very well lit up and clean. I would recommend this place to stay when in Breckenridge Texas.

Price was right, room was clean and wel stocked. Bed was good, lots of assorted thickness pillows. I could hear the man on one side snoring all night, and a baby crying the other way. Maybe they need to stock earplugs.

Good old style moter inn recently updated

We stayed with pets $30 fee. Great fenced area for pups to run a little. Room hat fridge. Clean. We were in back no internet signal. Nice man at front desk. Would stay again but would ask for room closer to office for WiFi signal.

The new remolding on this place is great; very nice and comfortable. But we think you should get some new bath towels. It took 2 towels to dry off after my shower. They are so thin, and you can almost see through them. (like kitchen towels).

Room was clean and nice but the bed frame was noisy. We thought a dumpster lid was banging shut. Come to find out it was the bed frame. If you bumped it with your foot it was loud!

The room was huge!! Full kitchen refrigerator two of them. So much room. Shower was extra roomy with nice decorative tile with bowed shower rod cloth shower curtain. Plenty of soaps and wash. Very quite clean. Beds were form but I like that. Trampas E.Crook

The motel is older but rooms are updated. The ends all have a metal base, so every time you move it makes noise. The cost was a bit high for a hotel as old as this one and in the area it is located. You would expect the cost they are charging to be a major city and one of the main hotel chains. The room was clean. The guy at the front desk when I checked in and out was ok, not real friendly, but not bad.

Happy Halloween

We checked in, and immediately left the parking lot, because we had plans to attend. We never even opened the room - so I can't review it. The staff at the desk was very nice and efficient! The lobby was clean and well lit. Turns out, we never made it back to the hotel that night...it was a fun Halloween! I'm sure we will stay here the next time we are in the area.
