Lakefront Newly Renovated 3 BedroomWith Easy Access to Acadia, MDI and Schoodic

"Our family had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make it feel like home. Its very obvious the owners put a lot of thought into making the house comfortable and functional for families. My 8 year old loved the lake and was out fishing whenever he could. The road is louder than i had anticipated and it did take away from the tranquility of the lake a bit. The water levels of the lake were a lot lower than expected and we were a bit disappointed we couldnt really fish off the dock like the pictures made it look. Location was perfect as we were able to visit Acadia twice and be back home for the afternoon and relax away from the crowds."

"The location of the cabin was great, there was a beautiful view of the lake. Not only was the cabin well stocked and clean, it also had plenty of charm. We can’t you enough for the wonderful stay and would look forward to staying again in future!"

"We were looking for a cabin that would provide us serenity with amenities and close proximity to Acadia and Bar Harbor. We really lucked out finding Pebblenook Lodge as it provided all of that! From the immaculate cabin, to the well stocked kitchen, you really just need to bring your clothes and food and everything else is there! Tim and Sharon met us there at check-in and provided a smooth check-in process and lay of the land. We really loved how quiet it was there. We enjoyed the provided s’more bar at nightly bonfires where we marveled at the lake and enjoyed the views. From hiking Acadia, antiquing in the area, and going to Bar Harbor, we enjoyed the hustle and bustle! While on “lay low” days we kayaked around on the provided kayaks and really took in the beauty of Graham Lake! Don’t miss out on this 5 star stay!"

"The lake is wonderful. It is fully accommodating, everything you would need for stay on the lake. Kayaks, life vests, firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, games….i could go on. The beds are comfortable. Perfect!"

"We loved this place! It was so cozy and relaxing. Exactly what we were looking for as we explored Bar Harbor and Acadia during the day and then relaxed out on the dock and the swing at the end of the day!Highly recommend if staying in the area."

"we loved our second stay at carefree point! the private beach is a great place to read, sun, or meditate. the lake water is super clear, with a sandy bottom so now plant life to deal with. lovely cabin. close enough to town, but far enough that you feel secluded. THANK YOU!!"

"Amazing cabin! The owners thought of everything— towels, linens, fully stocked kitchen, kayaks, paddle boards, wood, etc. Follow Shore Road for easy access to the Otis General Store for sundries, as well as access to Ellsworth via 180. The lake is clean and amazing to swim and relax, and there is a beach just down Shore Road that is gorgeous! We had two adults and two kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! Door lobster right down the road sells amazing seafood for great prices to enjoy by the lake!"
