Gostamos muito da estadia, quartos com tamanho excelente são muito organizados e limpos Pontos a melhor seria referente ao café da manhã Pessoal que atende as mesas muito mal humurados, não dão bom dia e também parece que não te atendem como todos do hotel com boa vontade e alegria (pessoal da recepção e moça da porta do café também muito simpáticos ) Meu marido achou um pedaço de plastico no iorgute, parecia ser da embalagem, acredito que foi um descuido na hora de colocar para servir pois tudo que comemos estava uma delícia e de ótima qualidade, outro ponto a ser melhorado também seria referente as moças que ficam vendendo ingressos para os parques, muito inconvenientes, fomos abordados três vezes durante os 5 dias, nós informamos que já teríamos ido no snowland e nos dias seguintes ela ainda continuava abordando como se estivesse no automático, esqueceu tudo que já havíamos dito na primeira vez , isso é algo que aborrece um pouco, mas acredito que foi uma questão de falta de atenção da vendedora também, tirando esses pontos os hotel é excelente

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia no hotel. O ambiente é muito limpo e organizado, neste hotel não tive nenhum problema de alergia com rinite. Café da manha muito saboroso, com variedades feitas na hora, podendo ser solicitado aos garçons que por sinal são muito atenciosos (deixo meu agradecimento especial ao Diego Girato, que sempre nos atendia excepcionalmente, trazendo o melhor omelete que meu bebê comeu). Fui com nosso bebê de 1 ano e meio, conseguimos alimentá-lo perfeitamente com as opções do café da manha e as servidas no restaurante (com um preço justo). Desde o pessoal da Recepção, até o senhor que nos ajudou com as malas no check in e check out até os recepcionistas muito prestativos e simpáticos, nosso muuito obrigado.

Gostamos das áreas em comum, os quartos tbm são muito bons. Fomos em 13 famílias e todas reclamaram da mesma coisa: o calor do quarto. Chamamos a manutenção e nos explicaram que o hotel tem uma máquina para cada 30 apartamentos. E a máquina obedece a maioria. Nosso quarto marcava 26 graus e nós tivemos que dormir de janela aberta pois era insuportável o calor. Detalhe: isso aconteceu com as 13 famílias e por esse motivo, eu não retorno

Estadia muito boa, o hotel é bom. Café da manhã bom, quarto bom. Fatores que incomodaram mas não estragaram a estada foram: há uma tentativa de vender cotas para hóspedes no check-in e na saída do café, há um certo cheiro de cloro no ambiente devido à piscina (que poderia ser um pouco mais quente em dias mais frios) e a pressão da água fria na torneira. Apesar desses detalhes, foi tudo muito positivo no geral

Realmente uma experiência muito boa. Talvez precise revisar os colchões das camas de casal e o Maitre do Lobby. Precisa de uniforme adequado. Hotéis incrível, muito lindo, o quarto muito aconchegante, só não gostamos muito do sofá cama (minha filha ficou com as costas doendo) fora isso tudo perfeito , tive uma assistência onde nunca tive em outro hotel , acabei passando mal em um dia da viagem e eles foram muito solícitos e me deram uma assistência extraordinária.
