Room was excellent. Full kitchen, two very nice bedrooms. Great locations and Davinia was very helpful. Only reason for the four stars rather than five was our room (204) was on the north side and there is a bar right there. If you're someone who is out late, not an issue but if you're someone who is not so young the windows do very little to keep the noise out on A Friday and Saturday night. Great place otherwise and great on our other nights!

We had a great experience during our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, but what truly stood out was the service — especially from the front desk staff. One team member in particular went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Not only did they share helpful tips about exploring the city, but they also offered to store our luggage after checkout and placed it in a secure area so we could pick it up later in the afternoon. This small gesture made a big difference and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our day without worry. It’s rare to find such thoughtful and attentive service, and we truly appreciated the care and attention we received. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality.

This property was a two bedroom two bath with a full kitchen, including a washer, a huge smart TV in the living room. And the sofa pulled out to two very comfortable individual beds. There were only two of us, but we would pull the sofa open to relax and watch TV in the living room. The only issue is that there’s no one at the front desk so you have to use WhatsApp for communication. I did see a cleaning lady once and she did help me out with figuring out the washing machine. She was very nice. But I only saw her the one time. The area around is very nice. The cathedral is only about a block away. And almost directly across the street is the Mercado.

It was short walking distance to most places.There are Lots of restaurants , cafes , and mini supermarket .AL Hambra was 20-30 min walking but bus stop was less than 5 min walk. Property was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Claudia took extra time to give us directions and recommendations. Would definetely stay again

The +ves - location, condition, size, value, design, appliances The -ves - no soundproofing so its v loud when kids go to bed and everyone gets woken up by street noise from 7am The shower leaks a lot of water. Only 1 bedroom has a TV I would stay again but would try to be away from street

Bad value for money.

The beds are just terrible! Considering how much we pay, we definitively expected better sleep quality. The beds are small and there was no double beds at all. My 1 year old baby actually fell between the two beds in the middle of the night, and screamed herself awake. The sofa bed was even worse, my husband slept out there to give us more room, but the huge sofa turned into 2 TINY beds instead of a big one! Come on, if there is one thing a hotel guest is expecting from a hotel it is the sleep quality. In addition to the bad value for money, the hotel missed to inform us of a 30-min block of the main street on the day of our departure. As it happens, it was the exact 30 min delay (very stressful for us with lots of luggage, a baby and seniors in the party) we needed to miss our bus to the airport in Málaga! I mean come on, if there is something you should be able to rely on with your hotel services, it is cleaningess (ok), sleep quality (aweful) and information (non existing).

만족스러웠던 곳

이메일로 온 온라인 체크인을 하지 않아서 숙소 앞에서 하느라 좀 답답했는데 숙소에서 5분도 되지않는 거리에 Gran Via 17 (BiBo Suites Gran Via) 이란 호텔이 있고 그곳에서 리셉션 일을 같이 보고 있는 걸 알았어요. 급하신 분은 그곳으로. 숙소는 리모델링 수준으로 훌륭했고 숙소앞 마켓 건물 있고 그 건물 지하 주차장 이용가는함. 하루 33유로이고 리셉션가서 할인 요청하면 25유로 입니다. 비싸지만 숙소 위치가 넘 좋아요. 전망대는 걸어서, 알람브라 궁전은 버스타고 다녔어요.

Zentral gelegen, dadurch vieles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen,z.B. die Alhambra. Gute Busverbindungen in der Nähe. Klimaanlage ist super gelaufen, Kühlschrank vorhanden, kleine Kochecke, Geschirr und Töpfe sind vorhanden, sowie Bügeleisen und Safe.
