Soccer tournament weekend

Beautiful house and location. There was space for the girls to play. Spacious kitchen (which is where us moms hung out) and awesome backyard. Highly recommend this place!!!

Wide open spaces!

The home and property are phenomenal! I used the kitchen for a substantial cooking project. It is beautifully laid out. So efficient. The appliances are upgraded and easy to use. Love a gas range!!! Even better than the kitchen though, was the large, luscious fenced yard. We brought our Great Dane and she didn’t want to leave. The owner was attentive, responsive and lovely to work with. We’ll be looking for a reason to return to Granbury!

GREAT place and Great location

We are having our lakehouse remodled and needed a place for a few days. This house and location exceeded our expectations. It is very nicely done with a ranch style but with many upgrades. The backyard is perfect for the dog and the inside was perfect with everything you could need. The location is close to everything Granbury has to offer, but is so quite with no noise at all except the wind chimes when the wind blew. Highly recommend.

Quiet, clean and just a great stay

I cycled the Granbury Blazing Saddle 2022 bicycle rally and then chilled in this quiet, beautiful house. Our three doxies enjoyed chasing a roadrunner (didn't catch him/her). Granbury is a great town to explore even in August. Just go slow and drink iced tea and sit under a shade tree....big smile.

Wonderful home - perfect base for our fossil hunting trip

We came to the area for fossil hunting and visiting state parks. The location was perfect for going to Mineral Wells, Glen Rose, etc. The house was nicely laid out, *clean*, and had an awesome yard for our dog to run around in. All communication was timely, check in process super easy!

Quiet getaway

Not far from town but far enough for peace and large lot for privacy. Felt like home with all the perfect details even down to dog treats, dog bed and wine! Very welcoming, we’ll visit again.

This is a delightful home - clean, newly renovated and beautiful - better than advertised! Debi was a great host and went out of her way to accommodate us. Communication was great and the property was spotless, well-stocked with more than just the essentials, and had an amazing welcome basket and helpful informational binder. We felt right at home. The home was minutes from town, but with a quiet, country feel. We were able to bring our horses, and they had plenty of room to roam, a nice shelter and easy access to water. The backyard covered patio area featuring a fire pit table and plenty of furniture was where we spent much of our time. Any guest would be lucky to book this beautiful property.

Perfect relaxing stay in the country!

This is a lovely, seemingly newly renovated home on lots of acreage that has updated bathrooms and kitchen with everything you need. Perfect for families with children because of all the space outside. Very comfortable beds and linens, all the appliances and kitchen utensils needed for cooking, as well as a big garage and back porch area for gatherings with a large propane grill. You may wake up to roosters crowing and otherwise very quiet surroundings which is so peaceful away from all the city noise. Downtown Granbury is minutes away if you’re interested in shopping and visiting a very quant, historical small town. Only negative was that the one trash can was completely full and we had nowhere to put our garbage which was troublesome since it was Thanksgiving weekend! Luckily, my daughter had a dumpster at her business to haul it to. Also, the air handler in the bedroom hallway is very noisy but not sure that can be alleviated. Perfect home and kudos to the owners for stacking it adequately with toilet paper, shampoo, soap, garbage bags, etc so you don’t have to hit the grocery the minute you arrive! Greatly appreciated this courtesy.
