Need to look into have more staff. Looks like having only one person managing the front desk and many other things makes it impossible to meet the expectations. Front desk staff was very helpful, but appeared stressed out and overwhelmed. Needs to fix the bathroom doors and the bathroom seat was loose and dirty looking. Breakfast didn’t have enough items, especially for a holiday weekend. It should have been planned in a better way.

Pool and work out area I get it but not where we have kids and don't expect it. Not once did I see staff but outside and smoking with different people.
