This beautiful updated 4-bedroom, 3-bath home has all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and a large deck overlooking spectacular mountain views. Located between Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park Resort. In the summer months, spend your days hiking and biking on scenic trails or trophy fishing on any of the surrounding lakes. When the peaks turn white, enjoy easy access to Granby Ranch or venture just 20 miles from this home for world-class skiing at Winter Park Resort! Easy to work remote from cabin with two desks/work stations and premium wifi.

What to be aware of:

- Trailers, campers, RV’s, boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be
- There is no air conditioning due to cool mountain climate
- Overnight parking in driveway
- ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties
- No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily
- Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm
- Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted

Comfortable stay, could be cleaner
Our party of 8 fit comfortably, including kids and grandparents. We enjoyed the kitchen, dining, living spaces, and had a very pleasant stay. Challenges include parking, we only had two vehicles and it was tight. Attention to detail in cleanliness, a duvet cover was covered in dog hair and hadn’t been washed.

Cozy, clean, beautiful home!
Open concept but cozy cabin with plenty of space for 9 to sleep. We cooked dinner almost every night and it was very well stocked. Views are awesome and the fireplace was used everyday! Would love to hire the owner to decorate our mountain house! Will stay again!

Solid spot, close to everything in Granby. Great deck. It gets very hot during the summer, would be great if it had AC. I suggest you bring fans if you are bothered by the heat.

Wedding in Grandby
My family (8 of us) stayed Memorial weekend for a long weekend. We have stayed in many VRBO's through the years but found this stay to be perfect. The views were amazing and we were in close proximity to everything we needed. The cabin is decorated very cozy and is very well stocked even down to games and lap blankets. I do not think we have ever had one stocked as well in the kitchen either. We are a family that tends to cook meals and everything we needed was there. There were plenty of plates, flatware and glasses including wine glasses for everyone. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for all 4 couples. Thank you for making our stay for our niece's wedding perfect.

Great Accommodation for Granby Weekend
Innsbruck was the perfect fit for our family attending a wedding in Granby. Everything was clean, the furniture was cozy and the kitchen was modern and bright. Tons of glass for the views as well as wrap around deck. Our grandson loved his bunk bed room with en suite!
