Perfect Ski Vacation

Great location for ski trip!

We loved the house! Really close to Granby Ranch ski resort. Very cozy and our kids loved the games. We got so much snow while in town it was amazing. Sledding down hill out back was epic! Great hosts and great communicators.

The property is absolutely incredible. The views a, location near downtown Granby, the amenities of the property (grill, wifi, 3 showers, and game room) were all fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again

Fantastic Stay with Great Views

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Granby! The place was incredibly enjoyable, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was very convenient, and the views were absolutely stunning. Communications with Katy and Kevin were excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made the whole process seamless. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

Great place in Grandby

We had the best week utilizing this wonderfully family friendly home as a launch point into RMNP. The host was very responsive and we loved the access to beautiful trails and even a local rodeo nearby. This is a great property.

Great Spot, Wonderful Views

A perfect place to stay if you are looking to enjoy some fishing or a lake day at one of the nearby rivers or reservoirs. The variety of table games are perfect for the end of the day. Everything was wonderful!

3 Families had a Blast!

So much room and so much fun! Easy access to skiing and stores, but out from the crowds with a wonderful view. We loved this house and are hoping to return :)

Wonderful experience

Hosts were easy to contact. They were very helpful helping us navigate weather concerns for travel. The home had everything you could possibly need. The kids had an amazing time sledding in the backyard in the evenings. Some of our family is from Florida so this was especially fun for them. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house for our two families

The house was the perfect size for our two families. We really enjoyed the space and the wonderful views. Granby Ranch was super convenient and we're now all in love with the area. Will be back again soon :-)

Home Away From Home

It definitely lived up to it's name as a home away from home. Everyone had a bed and plenty of room to lounge and spread out. It was super comfy. The kitchen has all you need and the grocery store close by was helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and the teens loved the game room.

Huge, clean lively home

This house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was lovely after a cold day out skiing and the kitchen was large enough to fit everyone. The games in the basement were great and there were a large number of rooms so everyone could have their own bed. I would definitely rent this place again!

Christmas vacation

This house is great for a family with kids/teens to keep them entertained while being inside with the fun game room. Just wished it had king beds instead of queen bed. Could add extra bath towels and kitchen towels. Had a great time!

Well equipped home for a family and friends getaway

We enjoyed our stay at your home very much. As parents of little children, we appreciated how many child-friendly additions were included such as boosters, highchair, toddler bedrails, step stools, and games, movies and toys. Mom and dad were able to relax and enjoy our time away just as much. We hope to return and stay again soon.

Granby Family Stay

The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The only complaint was that It did appear online that it was more secluded. But it is not. Other than that the stay was great! The only other thing was that the baby gate was missing a connector to the wall. We found it but the screw was stripped and we had no way to fix it.

Christmas get away

The house was great and very roomy! We loved the game room! The only problem we had was the master bedroom, we couldn’t get the heat to work but we bundle under the blankets. I really was excited about the fans. We carry a fan everywhere we go. I would put that on your page. The owners were quick to respond with emails! Great place!!!

Fabulous Family Home

This property is super clean, spacious and has everything a family could need from infants to adults. We have a large family eitb severe animal allergies. Finding reasonably priced pet free properties is tricky. This one was fantastic. We enjoyed the amazing views. The kitchen and deck are amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The location is close to great outdoor activities. We hiked around Monarch Lake and paddle boarded at Rainbow Bay on Lake Granby. Both were 15 -30 minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are super close too. We will definitely be back to this property, it exceeded our expectations.

Nice mountain getaway

It was a nice place to stay for a large family weekend away, but I feel like the place is missing a little TLC. There was a lot of overgrown brush around the front of the house. There was trash in the back near the hot tub. There was a broken outdoor umbrella on the porch when we arrived. There was a broken toilet paper holder in one of the upstairs bathrooms. There was a lot of stuff in the kitchen, but it was missing some essentials like a sponge and dish soap. There were some things that had dead batteries in them. There were extra cots but we couldn't find bedding for them Small things like that. But overall, it was enjoyable.
