“The property is well kept the beach is amazing but the staff needs more customer care and courtesy the only people who made our stay worthwhile were 3 bartenders Denaro, Jhaim and Ralph the night shows are not entertaining the entertainment staff is only courteous towards certain customers and the app doesn’t work and it doesn’t have any updated information about the activities we weren’t unable to visit any restaurant but the buffet which actually wasn’t as bad as other people had said……

“I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have……

“The room was good, coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Bath towels left a lot to be desired. They were so thin and rough. The security was good. The food at the bar was awful. One bite and we sent it all back. Overall i would stay again.”
