Grand Bay Hotel with Pool

"Did not see hot tub, pool was empty. Friendly front desk. No microwaves in room. Very basic. I most likely wouldn't stay in another quality hotel. Rickety elevator."

"No parking available at hotel. Every parking space was filled outside hotel. Only able to stay 1 of 3 nights, and checked out early. Hotel said that they would contact Expedia so that I could get a refund for the 2 days not used, but haven't heard anything yet."

"Nice area close to the cruise port & restaurants. The garage was a bit confusing, and the black lady checking us in was in a hurry - she took the time to explain to the couple in front of us but could not even tell us where the elevator was….maybe she had to go to the restroom SMH! The room was nice & facing the riverfront. Will stay here again. "
