「We had a lovely week in Grand Bend. The house was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen has up to date appliances. All bedrooms have plenty of storage room for clothing, bathrooms are clean ( downstairs bathroom is huge! ) We enjoyed star gazing while relaxing in the hot tub , went to Pinery Provincial Park to hike to trails and walked down to the beach to see the driftwood washed up over the winter. All in all it was a perfect place to get the family together for March...

「This place was spacious and had very comfy large beds. In a good location close to the beach. The host easily accommodated us for an extra day which was nice. Biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the place. Stains in drawers, walls, pillow cases etc. the floor was sticky/dirty and there was no broom or mop provided so it was even harder to keep clean. The washing machine stopped halfway through every cycle (needs to be repaired) leaving the clothes sopping wet. Rooftop balcony was...

「Property owners were very hand off, dismissive, and non apologetic with issues. Havjng us refer to onsite managers for suppoer. Owners had our key time out one day early, leaving us unable to get into the room. Were slow to respond, and did not try and problem solve.」
