Spectacular views greet you from every direction in one of Timberlines most desirable areas. This home is perfectly situated for optimal sunshine on the 2.75 acre lot. Fenced yard, large deck, patio, & sheds give you many outdoor options from this well maintained home. Fireplace & wall furnace as well as in wall AC units/ multiple ceiling fans gives you reliable comfort. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings invite you to the bright and scenic sun room.

Close to hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails in the Coconino National Forest including our neighborhood trail leading up to SF Peaks at the corner of Copeland/ Copeland - walking distance from the fnf ranch, 1 mile from Cinder Hills Off road motor vehicle 15 mile trails, only a 10 minute drive to the Flagstaff Mall/ supermarket/ Harkins MovieTheater/ PetSmart/ Matador Coffee, etc, 15 minutes from Continental Golf Course, 15 minutes from The Creator, 20 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, 40 minutes from Snowbowl, about 1 hour from The Grand Canyon, 2 hours from Lake Powell, 40 minutes from Williams, 3 1/2 from Vegas and 20 minutes from Twin Arrows Casino/ resort . This home is great for 2 or more families to share. Kiddos and pets welcome!

This house is great for all season. Fall is beautiful, winter is exciting, spring blossoms and summer is required to beat the heat of the Phoenix metro area.

The fnf ranch is perfectly situated for close up views of mt humphries and sf peaks on a 2 1/2 acre property for privacy with all the comforts of home.

We love the fnf ranch for our families and we hope you do for yours.

Family adventure
The house was perfect for our family get together. We used it as a base for visiting the Grand canyon, Walnut canyon, meteor Crater, sunset Crater, and other places around the Flagstaff area. Our children loved the yard and were especially excited to see the prairie dogs in the empty lot across the street. The owners were very communicative and helpful. Thank you!

Such a great mini-break!
We stayed here for three nights to hopefully catch some snow and do some skiing at snowbowl. This rental was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable, lots of outdoor space (which was so appreciated after an afternoon downtown with all the people). The house has all the necessities and is well equipped for family fun. The mountain views were beautiful.

house was filthy, kitchen has mice and fecal matter under cabinets, spiders and webs throughout the home, living room furniture covered in long animal hair. I had to clean and vacuum before we could even settle in or sit. lights were out at the property upon arrival we had to locate the breaker box and flip switch. beds are extremely uncomfortable, carpet downstairs bedroom reeks of animals house is cold not enough blankets, also door in bedroom downstairs needs attention as it allows cold air in. shower downstairs appears to be cracked and leak’s water onto floor. sadly we had to cut trip short and leave early due to the mice and spiders and beds being uncomfortable we took turns sleeping on living room couch as it was more comfortable.

Fall Family Trip
This place was perfect for our family of 8 adults and two kids. We love Flagstaff and especially the Timberline area. House is as described and has pretty much everything you need. Bathrooms are clean and there seems to be an endless supply of hot water. Beds are comfortable but additional blankets/linens are needed. Patio was a mess with leaves and tumbleweeds but we made do. Patio furniture is very comfortable, clean and perfect for stargazing. I would totally recommend and would definitely come back!

Perfect Location for ATVing at The Cinders
We really enjoyed our stay. We had a large family with kids, teens, and adults at the property, and we all enjoyed ourselves. The outdoor area was beautiful, the amenities were great and the location was perfect for ATVing, as the cinders OHV area was just up the road. Would stay again.

Great property for a family or large group. Beautiful outdoor patios and indoor gathering places. Rural setting, but close enough to Flagstaff proper. Large outdoor grill was awesome too
