「At check in we did not like the room but accepted it since it was just a short stay. I came down looking for a cash machine so we could have cash for tips. I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment about the room. She apologized and quickly turned things around giving us a better room and explained it was due to the category room we booked. Very polite lady and understands guest...

「The location is very good, just 5 minutes from the train station. We arrived very late on September 3rd and had a pleasant chat with the nice gentleman at the reception. We mentioned that we would be leaving early the next morning and just needed a bed and shower. He immediately asked if we needed a wake-up call. This was the first time in our 14-day journey that we experienced such professional and friendly customer service.
