“Lovely two-week springtime stay, seeing nature in and around the attractive small lake change in front of our eyes. We pretty much had the site to ourselves - there’s an adjoining gite but it’s discretely separate. WiFi was installed whilst we were there; a nice bonus we didn’t expect. Very well equipped, clean and with wonderful, caring owners. Thanks for the tasty home-made jams and local wine. Well situated for visiting the area. Our big dog had fun too. Recommended!”

“Un séjour excellent dans ce gîte « atypique », rempli d’objets et de mobilier recyclés, avec un extérieur charmant, plein de recoins pour se reposer et partager de bons moments en famille ou entre amis. Notre seul regret, c’est de n’avoir pas pu profiter pleinement de ce lieu magique et de ses hôtes accueillants (nous étions sur place pour visiter le Futuroscope). Nous reviendrons assurément.”

“We are in our 60’s so was looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday, which we got especially with the swimming pool but unfortunately the weather was not great, which no one can control. It is comfortable but it was only the 2 of us. Chantal is very helpful and friendly and everything you need for your stay. Although her house is opposite the cottage she gives you your privacy. ”

“We hadn't had a proper holiday break for a few years now, and found this property through vrbo. We managed to fully switch off for the week, in what is a wonderful property, a few minutes walk from the town centre yet in a very quiet location. Actually, the whole town is quite quiet, which is no bad thing if you want to switch off, yet it has what you need and it has excellent access to the area- we hired a car (recommended), did a chateau or two, a vineyard or two and walks from the town out in……

“2 weekjes verbleven we op deze heerlijk rustige plek met veel ruimte en een grote afgesloten tuin, met zwembad, sauna en jacuzzi. Zeer gastvrije verhuurders en door de rustige omgeving zijn veel dieren in de buurt te spotten. ”

“Fabulous gite in a fantastic location. Great for the Loire a Velo route and lots of quiet roads to cycle on. Very well equipped gite and the owners Rene and Nicole were very helpful and friendly. Overall a fantastic holiday!”
