Top Grand Est Hotel Reviews

Hotel Arok
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent hotel, very close to the station but still quiet and peaceful. A relaxing vibe as soon as you walked in. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good. The room and bed were comfortable. Highly recommended and we would stay here again without hesitation."

Maison Rouge Strasbourg Hotel&Spa, Autograph Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful experience at this hotel; when I return to Strasbourg, this is the hotel I will select. Arriving with luggage, there is a tram from Gare Centrale to a stop right in front of the hotel (quick YouTube tutorial on how to properly purchase and validate tram tickets, which is actually quite simple). Great, convenient location, right next to Galleries Lafayette as well as the main shopping street. Extremely quiet, slept very well here. Rooms were spacious and clean. This was the best hotel I had during my visit to France. I absolute recommend this hotel if the value proposition works for your budget during the time you're visiting."

Hotel Tandem - Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is very close to the main train station, and also walking distance to the main attractions in the city. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Amenities are good."

ClapClap Hôtel Strasbourg
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent location, comfy bed, well stocked bar, helpful staff - we didn't need much more! Only thing wrong was an out of order lift, but this seemed out of the norm!"

LOGIS Hôtel Saint-Martin
10/10 Excellent
"It was a typical European hotel room (small) but it was clean, and my room had a balcony. The staff was very helpful and the location was great. The restaurant across the street from the hotel "Brasserie Schwen" was recommended by the staff and it was absolutely amazing. The only con is they have no local parking. They recommend a parking garage that is a 6-minute walk from the hotel but it only charges 3 euro a day for parking."

Hotel Origami
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, comfortable bed, well-located for the city centre and public transport (literally one tram stop from the central station) but in a quiet, mostly residential area. Great value."

Hotel Hannong
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was centrally located. A quick walk to both the cathedral area and Petite France. They held our luggage for the day while we continued to explore the Strausburg area. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. I'd recommend it to friends."

Le Grand Hotel By Stay Collection
8/10 Good
"Good location is to drive to and park nearby. Easy walk to centre. Staff polite and friendly. Breakfast is included but quite basic, enough for a start to the day. Upgraded from comfort room to 7th floor suite (due refurb). Very modern, clean and minimalist. Strange, given random laws in France that windows (even on 7th floor) have no restriction? Good value hotel in good location. Would likely use again."

Hôtel Rohan Strasbourg
10/10 Excellent
"We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Rohan. It's literally thirty steps from the Cathedral, and minutes away from maybe a dozen nice restaurants and cafes, so we easily went out and went back to the hotel to pick up things we forgot, wanted to drop off, or just to put our feet up to reconsider out next move. To get to Petit France on one side and the Neustadt/Place de la Republique on the other side were both within 15 minutes of the hotel and very pleasant walks on the river bank or through wonderful cobblestones streets with more shops and cafes. The staff were kind, we mostly talked with George at the reception who checked us in and worked every evening we were there. He was very welcoming and kind - we checked in daily with him for restaurant recommendations and followed a couple of them and both were very good. Our Superior Double room was very reasonably sized for European standards and especially since we were right in the center of the old town one might have anticipated smaller rooms. The other very nice thing about the room was the large amount of shelf and storage space in the room and in the bathroom so we were able to lay out our things and settle in for the stay. The night tables are quite small, and the lamps are pretty low quality plastic and falling apart - easily addressable issues that I encourage the hotel to fix. The bed was comfortable, and the room and hallway was quiet. We did not dine at the hotel, but the dining area looks modern and quite nice."
