This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa is spread across three floors and located in a secure, gated community just a 10-minute walk from the beach.

Each bedroom has its own AC, and the entire third floor is a private ensuite retreat — complete with a bathroom and a stunning enclosed glass balcony overlooking the pools below.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining space, high-speed WiFi, and free on-site parking (plus guest spots).

The community features two beautiful pools, 24/7 security with a staffed guard post, and surveillance cameras throughout the premises — offering you peace of mind throughout your stay.

You're just a 1-minute walk from local convenience stores, and a quick 10-minute drive to the nearest supermarket.

We also offer a private driver for added comfort and flexibility (available at an additional cost).
