The room and bathroom were clean with good amenities overlooking the alley - lovely to sit on the balcony and listen to the bells or the birds. 「Excellent location with clean rooms. It is a small facility which is very quiet and does not have 24 hours front desk with one day reception was closed. Air conditioning was not on and temperature was fixed at 26 degrees on checking in. But next day it was set to 23 degrees which made daytime heat manageable. 」
