Excellent value in downtown Grand Haven. This listing is for the entire Cottage. Charming newly remodeled home is in walking distance to all the beautiful things that Grand Haven has to offer, restaurants, marina, waterfront stadium events, library, boardwalk to lighthouse and beach and shops galore.
Attractive three bedroom, one and a half bath home, newly remodeled, delightfully decorated with very nice and newer comfortable furnishings. It has Central Air, Fully furnished kitchen,(sorry, no dishwasher) Washer & Dryer, Charter Hi Speed Internet, Netflix, Charter cableTV,DVD/VCR, private gated backyard with large dinning table center fire table with chairs under a patio sunscreened umbrella, loungers, and large stainless gas grill. Perfect getaway for a vacation.

Nearby are Michigan Adventure Park, golf courses, restaurants and 2 shopping malls. Truly an affordable, enjoyable vacation getaway to relax, rest and have fun!
Our Cottage is registered with the City of Grand Haven and we have our permits and inspections up to date and available for your review.
Just a note, You'll notice we only have a few reviews, not to worry.
This Cottage was listed previously with another great Cottage that we used to own and have since sold and the reviews were combined with that. We have ten plus years of great reviews in our guest books, and are willing to give out references, just ask.

The house was smaller than could be appreciated in the pictures and the floor plan was a bit odd. Basement bedrooms are cold but there is an electric fireplace. All in all well worth it given the location near the waterfront. The backyard was quite interesting but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it to its fullest.

The stay from start to finish was flawless - cute and ornate cottage filled with character around every corner. It's a prime location near the waterfront with a phenomenal backyard. Cozy Cottage lives up to its name
Easy check in. Cottage was very clean and charming, plenty of room for our family. Love how close it is to so many attractions! The house is full of amenities, almost everything you could think of. The backyard is amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is great and we enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Unfortunately our river salmon fishing was a bust - too early for the run, but we had a great time anyway.
