The Grand Lake Cabin is a spacious luxury mountain retreat ideal for multiple families and groups. With several comfortable living areas, large bedrooms, and inviting outdoor spaces, there is plenty of room to gather or enjoy quiet time.
Spend evenings in the main living room around the large fireplace or relax in one of the additional sitting areas throughout the home. Outside, enjoy three covered porches, a large patio, and a fully fenced yard that is perfect for children and dogs.
A standout feature of the property is the private fenced fishing pond, stocked with rainbow, cutthroat, brook, and brown trout. Adult and child fishing poles and tackle are provided for catch-and-release fishing just steps from the house.
The home offers 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 14 adults (maximum 16 guests).
Inside, the cabin features high-end furnishings from Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, Crate & Barrel, and Room & Board. Guests enjoy luxury Brooklinen sheets, high-quality mattresses, and thoughtful touches throughout the home.
The fully equipped kitchen includes new appliances and everything needed for cooking large meals, including a KitchenAid mixer, air fryer, waffle maker, crock-pot, sous-vide, blender, and baking equipment. The rustic dining table seats 10, with additional seating at the kitchen island and the den table.

The den includes a poker table with clay chips and a game chest with chess, checkers, backgammon, Risk, puzzles, and more.
The garage game area features ping pong, foosball, mini-pool, air hockey, and outdoor games including giant Jenga, Connect-4, bocce, badminton/volleyball, croquet, and corn hole.
Relax in the 8-person Bullfrog hot tub, professionally cleaned between each guest stay.

Summer: boating, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, golf, horseback riding, and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. Downtown Grand Lake offers restaurants, shopping, theater, and the beach boardwalk.
Winter: skiing at Ski Granby Ranch (~20 miles) and Winter Park (~45 minutes), cross-country skiing at the Grand Lake Nordic Center (2 minutes away), snowmobiling, ice fishing, dog sledding, and more.
Grand Lake is known as the snowmobiling capital of Colorado, with over 130 miles of groomed trails and trail access just 1/3 mile from the house.
Wildlife such as moose, fox, bear, and other animals may occasionally be seen near the property. Please enjoy wildlife from a safe distance.
Additional Notes
During summer months, early check-in and late check-out are unlikely due to cleaning schedules.
The cabin does not have air conditioning. Opening windows and using the portable fans provided typically keeps the home comfortable.
Please be aware of natural mountain conditions. Steps, uneven ground, ice, snow, and roof snow slides may occur. Use caution around the property.
Colorado Department of Transportation may require snow tires or 4WD/AWD during storms, and snow is possible at any time of year.
