「Room was better than described. Latest designer colors, fixtures, water color pictures, night lights in bathroom, bed and furniture comfortable. Refrigerator worked and had a freezer; couldn't fit 3/4L Figi water standing up. I think the base board heat has Celsius thermostats so don't set the temp to 65 in the winter. Fire place has a standard US thermostat, didn't use it. Showering in the whirlpool tub, first day was like standing on a wet marble, my feet kept sliding to the outside...

「The location is ideal. The accommodations were as described, however, I would not review the toilet (outhouse) as super clean, as we had read on previous reviews. It was fine, but not exceptional. Just to reinforce, we were very glad we had a space heater for nights in the 40s and 50s. There is minimal wattage in the dome and so we had to keep the fan on low and did not dare raise the temp above 65°. It took the edge off. This is a great “primitive” experience. 「The property, the home and the host were wonderful. The house was just beautiful and had great lake views from the back windows. the lake was just a short walk out the back door. We were a family of 5 and dogs staying and everything was stocked in the kitchen so we could eat our meals there instead of restaurants. The walking paths nearby were great.
