“The owner was great! Excellent communication! Answered quickly. Gave detailed instructions. The place was immaculate. “Check in was easy. Communication was easy. It's a quiet area, so probably no true concern for break ins, but only thing to suggest- the front door needs to be adjusted. The double door is nice, but the one side barely latches. Kitchen was well equipped with all needs. Small dorm fridge can be used. Extra blankets in closet and iron with board. Water pressure in the shower, and also sinks was pretty low. Heads up. Great location close to all amenities. Most we traveled for anything was 15 mins.……

“Host was very nice to add TV for me. After that it was downhill. They said there was a back yard fenced in and there was a pool which took up the whole backyard and so we had to leash and walk our dog several times a day. There were many, many roaches. I took videos. The sent someone but it didn't take care of the roaches. The washing machine had parts come off the first time I used it and they sent someone to fix it but the dryer still took 3 hours to dry towels. The was water on the……

“The kitchen was janky. The pots and pans and eating utensils were very low budget. It did not inspire cooking. The garage door belt was off the track, the ceiling fans were wobbly and noisy. The host was very responsive bringing supplies to the house but there were limited cleaning supplies available at the house to begin with. Good location and easy parking along with comfortable beds and clean sheets.”

"The facilities in the room are the most complete, including a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe, desk and chairs, and a leather luggage rack. The curtains provide excellent blackout, and it's very quiet outside. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, grilled meat patties, waffles, milk, coffee, apples, cereal, and more. A very nice hotel—we'll stay here again next time we come to Dallas."
