「We were really happy that we chose this hotel for a short stay in Grand Rapids. It was really nice to have the extra space with a living room/kitchen instead of just in a hotel room. The breakfast had some good choices. We went for dinner at a wonderful seafood restaurant that was just a block from the hotel.」

「The Finnley is more an Air B&B than hotel. Excellent location, easy access, and felt private. The room was very well decorated feeling like a loft apartment. The bed was comfy. The only recommendations I would give to the property manager would be to provide more towels and a larger trash or a suggested place to take trash. A note: there is no parking at this hotel. The parking garage across the street cost us an additional $48 per night.」

「hotel is clean and great location to downtown. Only real "complaints" are sliding door to the bathroom does not provide any privacy at all. And as weird as this sounds they hve this really weird configuration for light switchs. there is some master switch that controls everything and you cant figure out how to turn off individual lights without turnign everything off. really wierd honestly.」

「This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...
