“This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay……

“We stayed at this hotel for a cheer competition because it was recommended due to its proximity to the venue. Unfortunately, the stay was just okay. When we first checked into our room, it had clearly not been cleaned. We took photos and immediately informed the front desk. There was dirt, hair, food crumbs, stained furniture, and some of the most unpleasant bathroom grout I’ve seen in a hotel. To their credit, the staff was accommodating and moved us to another room without issue The second……

“Everything on this property that I saw appeared clean & updated with colorful/pleasing design. Lots of families with children appeared to be enjoying breakfast and the pool, yet the hotel was still quiet. 2 different front desk ladies seemed to be offended that we asked for additional blankets. Each replied, “There is one in your closet”, to which we replied, “There are 4 people in our room”. However, housekeeping was very kind when they brought more blankets. Will definitely stay here again……

“fast and friendly check in. Great room quality nice mattress and air conditioning. Well insulated sound walls gave quiet peace, even with boys baseball team running around. Breakfast food is well prepared and plentiful with wonderful assortment of choices. pool in nice for stretching but small for full laps. Temperature was perfect. not too cold or hot.”

“Room was large and included extra amenities. Dishes, frig, microwave, comfy bed, ok breakfast . I would return”
