“ Check-in was seamless and very straightforward and simple. The kitchen was fine with the exception that there were no forks and the refrigerator door was not aligned and would not stay closed completely. ”

“It was a place to sleep that’s for sure. Not sure the last time they changed the hvac filter considering the dust and presumably mold on the air return vent. Water damage all throughout the first floor has subfloor showing in multiple spots. The Grill was just 2 used and gross portable grills. The fridge is busted up and as old as I am so it took about 12 hours before the food in the freezer and fridge got cold. This was around 400 a night which would’ve gotten us a way better hotel than what……

“Positive things-Walking distance to the beach and house was bigger then excepted. Negative things-pool was not heated and dirty so we were not able to use it. The other BIG thing was, I had to go buy kitchen supplies. No cookie sheet, no pot holders, pans there were too small to cook a full meal in and only one small mixing bowl. ”
