"The hotel is near the I-5 freeway, so there is some noise from that. There has been some updating done to the rooms, but the quality of work is mediocre. For the most part, the room was pretty clean. However, there were some spider and spider webs in some of the corners of the room. It did have a kitchenette which was handy. Especially if you have children. There was a pool and a hot tub, which I did not go in. However it did look clean."

"This property was well maintained and clean. The view from the balcony of the sunsets was always the highlight of the day for us. The host Richard was always available and quick to respond. If you want a reasonable priced place close to the beach , especially if you surf, this is the place. Also many restaurants to choose from all great and within a quick 5 minute walk."
