"They have a great Manager Allin he has Transformed the place from an alcoholic center and drug dealing place one and a half year ago to a stable staying place.The problem they need to address is to have security walking around the property after 5pm because you still have very weird customers.they need to install cameras so they have access to the facility 24/7from the lobby its imperative the do that ASAP.Allin is a great manager but he is also a human being .What happens to the place when he is not there if you have no cameras.I travel all over the world and I have noticed that cameras prevent crime and scare dealers thieves away.Cameras and lights be security at night will make it a more competitive and desirable place to stay"

"It was a privilege to get to stay in such a wonderful place. The first night, I sat outside just listening to the surf below. We had 3 couples, 1 other adult and 2 toddlers. We entertained a dozen others in the spacious living room and the large terrace overlooking the Pacific. The hot tub was fun and one of us used the surf board that came with the house."

"Sheryl and Bob were incredible hosts and they offered an amazing stay. My girlfriend, dog, and I went down to Encinitas for a week to surf and couldn’t have asked for more. The bnb is very spacious with its layout and outdoor kitchen and was perfect for a little guy to run around and feel comfortable. Being on the ground floor allowed us to stay cool and the AC in the unit helped us moderate our temperature. The location of the unit couldn’t be beat - split right between Beacons and Grandview and less than a 10 min walk either way. Sheryl and Bob were also incredible to work with and super nice. If this unit was for rent I’d move right in lol. Couldn’t recommend this bnb enough - thanks Sheryl and Bob!"
