「We came to Des Moines for the wrestling state tournament. We were just a block and a half away from the skywalk to hop on and stay indoors the whole way to Wells Fargo Arena.This home was clean, easily accessed, and just what we needed for a short stay! Great communication with the owners :)」

「Neighborhood was great along with how close all the shopping and entertainment was!」

「Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!」

「Great place, clean and in great spot for our activities. Yard needed maintenance and the upstairs ac was slow but eventually got nice. Three trash bags was not enough for five days let alone for 5 women, but we were happy with the property. Very pleased with the price.」

「Hi there! I had a wonderful time in the room and got the much-needed rest I was looking for. The space was clean and minimalist(good thing). I do have a couple of suggestions: a coffee table would be a useful addition along with a wall clock, and it would be great if the rear entrance from the parking garage were more accessible. Also, I found navigating from the Star Trek spaceship walkways to the building a bit tricky. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again!」

「We had a fun time staying at this house. We visited downtown Des Moines and had a great time at Adventureland. The only suggestion would be to have some dish towels in the kitchen. The arcade games, ping pong table and skee-ball were popular with the kids. 」
