Wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Zustand der Ferienwohnung. Der Küchenschrank war mit Küchenfett überzogen, die Couch hatte unschöne Flecken und die Bettbezüge waren defekt und fleckig. Zudem war die Außenanlage stark ungepflegt. Aufgrund dieser untragbaren Bedingungen fühlten wir uns sehr unwohl und sahen uns gezwungen, vorzeitig abzureisen. Eine Kontaktaufnahme mit Novasol war bisher ohne Erfolg.
