“Mr. Bob and Mrs. Jan were the sweetest and very accommodating. The cottage was beautiful and more than we could have ever expected. Very relaxing, quiet and beautiful. So many unique things around the cottage. The scenery was beautiful. So much wildlife...snow geese...multiple types of birds...ducks...deer...squirrels...even chipmunks. The cottage was exquisite and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be booking this cottage in the future. Definitely a 10. Highly……

“This is a beautiful property that is in mint condition. This open concept spacious home is located in a gated golf community that is absolutely beautiful. Hot Springs, Little Rock, Conway and Benton are all within a 1hr radius, which made for endless eating & shopping options. Communication with property management was 10 out of 10. We will return to this property in the future. ”

“First off, we loved staying here. It was clean, quiet, comfortable... all the things we were looking for. We travelled with children and they loved the bunk room, privacy but still together. The only reason for 4 stars is minor inconveniences, but would have liked to be prepared for so sharing: Mosquitoes were terrible- needed bug spray and citronella. It did improve after the yard was mowed but still needed bug spray on to be on the patio. Ran out of toilet paper and there was no extra stash……

“Great property with all of the things our family needed for a few night stay. The property was clean and well stocked enough that we did not need to purchase anything out of the ordinary. The property is very accessible to town but just far enough from the noise and traffic to have a great "in the woods" feel. Great stay!”
