“Tile floors dusty, dirty, grass, food crumbs. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms had 1/4 inch grime and dust. 2 bedrooms had substandard windows coverings. Front and back yards were unkempt. Furnishing inadequate for sleeping 6 - dining table small, seats only 4. Inadequate eating utensils - 5 forks, no coffee pot, no mugs. Stark furnishings, couch, 1 chair in large living area. Not homey or inviting. ”

“Great property with all of the things our family needed for a few night stay. The property was clean and well stocked enough that we did not need to purchase anything out of the ordinary. The property is very accessible to town but just far enough from the noise and traffic to have a great "in the woods" feel. Great stay!”

“We had a lovely stay in the beautiful Urban Cottages we rented for our multigenerational families to stay together while attending a wedding in town. It was a home away from home that had unique history and antiquities, lovely nooks and gatherings areas, wonderful entertainment of games, Roku TV & movies, and outdoor relaxation with bird watching, etc. I especially loved the awe of our teenagers and our 30ish-agers... they all learned things and were so appreciative of the history,……

“We had a wonderful stay in this charming cottage, which is part of a beautifully preserved hundred-plus-year-old home. The space was very clean, thoughtfully appointed, and incredibly comfortable—welcoming the moment we walked in.The location was excellent, and the fenced backyard was a real highlight. “We were in town for a family & friends celebration and wanted a gathering spot that could house 8-10 of us. We had two adjoining units in the Urban Bungalow and it worked out perfectly! The decor is really cute, the location is convenient, it was clean, and the breakfast was a nice touch. I totally recommend staying here!”

“First off, we loved staying here. It was clean, quiet, comfortable... all the things we were looking for. We travelled with children and they loved the bunk room, privacy but still together. The only reason for 4 stars is minor inconveniences, but would have liked to be prepared for so sharing: Mosquitoes were terrible- needed bug spray and citronella. It did improve after the yard was mowed but still needed bug spray on to be on the patio. Ran out of toilet paper and there was no extra stash……
