"We enjoyed our stay and my complaint would be that they need to replace the hvac system in the hotel. The windows were covered but we were understanding about the hotel remodel. We had a power outage but was back on quickly."

"The casino had closed off the 2nd floor enterance by the smoking and bus pickup area so guest had no access to the restrooms nor coffee at the hotel enterance. Very inconvenient for hotel guest use ! As a senior this was awful. Reason enough for me not to stay again. Added so much more walking with ..."

"We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town."
