Grantsville Hotel with Pool

"Great location and room was beautiful and up to date. Staff was very helpful including one night when our neighbors were being very loud around 2 am. Staff handled it well."

"Place is beat up. Carpet in halls smells like feet. Very noisy. Had someone in next room yelling on the phone off and on all night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Widow broken in room. Glass entrance door glass smashed."

"You get what you pay for at this property. The room was very tight and poorly maintained. No kleenex box? As we checked in there were boxes piled in the lobby? The breakfast was very much a joke. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was great. (I'm sorry I didn't get her name.) The others were very unfriendly and unhelpful."

"This is a beautiful luxury resort with all the amenities and it has a super friendly atmosphere. The spa experience is top notch and the therapists are excellent. There were some areas that were not open and under renovation during our stay. There were also a few restaurants that were closed which made the selection limited. Still, the accommodations are beautiful and the 2200 acres spectacular. A lot to see and do so if you are alone or traveling with kids there are plenty of activities."

"The ladies that work the front desk are very professional and kind. Breakfast was good. But very dissatisfied that the pool is advertised as heated ( whole reason we picked the hotel) and there was nothing heated about it. The water was as cold as ice. Also to found it very sickening that around the pool area was so dirty that it turned the bottom of your feet black. Then it’s very concerning that there is back mold all around the windows were the AC unit is and it makes you wonder how much black mold is being put into the room because of the AC unit. Really think the hotel could use some improvements especially for the prices that are being asked to stay there "
