Well at least let them know that they appreciate people that stayed there. is more than just staying in a room to bring business interact with your guest. Let them know what they do and don’t like to bring in more business. go the extra step or the extra mile that’s what normal people would do.”

“The TV did not work, the shower did not work, the internet too slow to be useful at all, the sheets were ratty and the walls dirty. The only good part was the staff. Everyone I met who worked there was VERY nice, helpful and personable.”
