This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront property is open for the 2024 season! Located on Trout River in picturesque Granville, The Landing is less than 10-minutes away from championship level golf and everything Cavendish Beach has to offer. Take in breathtaking views from each and every window and explore the waterways with our paddleboards & kayaks. Conveinietly located between Summerside & Charlottetown, The Landing is the perfect vacation home for your time on the Island.

The house was beautiful! In a stunning location, overlooking a lovely lake. The host was easy to communicate with and we all had a great time. The location was really good, island central to most tourist sites and restaurants. I highly recommend this property for groups of friends and family.

We were 5 couples renting this property to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The property was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable and relaxed while we celebrated being together on beautiful PEI.The view of the water from the deck and back of the house provided a picturesque back-drop for our stay. The location was perfect and close to all of the things we wanted to experience while visiting this great Island - golf courses, beaches, restaurants.Mark was a wonderful host and very prompt to answer any inquiries that we had. Check-in was seamless and easy. I would absolutely recommend this property!

We stayed here as a group of 10 and had a wonderful time. The house offers a beautiful lake view with stunning, picturesque surroundings. The interior is elegantly decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and cooking essentials we needed. The bedrooms face the sunrise, which made our mornings extra special. A truly luxurious and welcoming stay!

We had an amazing stay at Marks property! We travelled with 6 adults and 4 young children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was incredibly well stocked and had everything you could need for a smooth vacation. The lobster pot was a great touch as we celebrated our last night on the island with a seafood dinner! The river was fun for swimming, and the house is in a great central location making it easy to explore all that PEI has to offer. Mark was super helpful and quick to reply to all my questions. Would highly recommend this property for large groups!

This property was amazing! Both the house and the yard were spacious and well cared for. The views from the deck are beautiful. Lots of room for the two families in our party. Well stocked and spacious kitchen for cooking a lobster dinner! Communication with the host was prompt and they were very accommodating of requests we made like checking out a bit later. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Great space for hosting groups!

I booked The Landing to celebrate a special occasion with friends - the space was perfect for our needs. The house is spacious & the location is central which gives easy access to PEI amenities. We were able to book Mark's other property, The Lookout, which is only a short walk away. Guests in our group have already booked future stays at the property.

New to VRBO... so I didnt know all the ins and outs but managed to get through it. Lovely location beautiful views.Fit our needs as a large group. We arrived during a snow storm which wasnt the greatest however we made the most of it bbqd had a campfire in the cold on Friday evening and family breakfast on Saturday morning. You have a lovely place. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your rental

Beautiful place.

The property was beautiful, we really enjoyed the patio over looking the water and the views from every window. I loved that they gave us access to kayaks, we had a lot of fun using them. I would 100% recommend this place.
