Welcome to your peaceful riverfront getaway. This home sits directly on the water and is designed for slow mornings, beautiful sunsets, and easy days spent outdoors. The views are wide and open, and the pace here feels calm and unhurried. Each of the three bedrooms has a comfortable queen bed, giving everyone space to rest and unwind.

Step outside and enjoy your own private dock, perfect for fishing, crabbing, or simply sitting by the water. Kayaks and paddle boards are provided so you can explore the river at your own pace. After a day on the water, relax in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit to enjoy the evening sky. The outdoor waterfront dining area makes it easy to share meals and conversation while taking in the view.

You’ll also have access to a quiet riverfront community beach area, a great spot for swimming, relaxing, or letting dogs stretch their legs. The community boat launch makes it simple to bring your own boat, and there are picnic tables nearby for casual lunches by the water. Bikes are available upon request for easy rides and exploring the surrounding area.

Inside, the home is comfortable and fully equipped, with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and private parking. Dogs are welcome, making this a perfect spot for families, couples, or friends who want to travel with their four-legged companions.

We Enjoyed a peaceful and rejuvenating few days at this lovely home. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood beside the water, it offers all the amenities we needed. Thanksgiving Holiday

Beautiful and it was located close to my daughter and her family. It is close to shopping both food and outlets. The morning view of the water was so relaxing and beautiful while having a cup of coffee. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and two kids. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful water views, many thoughtful touches and good location near access to the Cross Island Trail and short drive to Kent Narrows restaurants. Will definitely stay again! We have stayed in many VRBOs and this is one of the best.

We took a little spring break getaway with the 3 kids and dog. House was perfect! On the Chester River, fished off the pier, walked down to the beach with playground, grilled out for dinner, smores at the firepit and relaxing hot tub time. 5 stars - going back next year. Exactly what we needed for a little unwind. Host was super responsive. Zero complaints!
