「Betsy supplies everything you may need for a great getaway. Secluded enough for peaceful days and nights, but also an easy 15 minute walk through the woods into the heart of downtown NC. Loved starting the days on the screened in patio each morning. Would stay here again. 」

「Thank you Justin. We had a little trouble finding the place because the Vrbo site was having problems and we didn't receive the information from them but aside from that everything was fabulous. Butler Place is in a great location, was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything anyone could need. Thank you so much for a great stay.」

「Chuck and Kelli were great hosts. I needed an iron, and Kelli provided it right away. We had everything we needed...coffee maker, refrigerator, comfy bed, charging stations, guide on what to eat and where to visit. Sweetie Pies was a great recommendation for breakfast on Main St. We went there twice! The property is filled with fruit trees, chickens, two kitties, and a lovely patio. If we go back to Placerville, we'll definitely stay here.」

「Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. 」
