“It was clean but the first time I stayed there the room lights didn’t work we had to use the bed lights and the second time we stayed there the the room smelled like dog urine and the ac/heater unit control panel was broke u had to stick a pen in it to turn it on cause I wasn’t stickin my finger in there. Also the doors on the side buildings are all broke and don’t shut so security is basically limited to room anybody can walk inside the building with out goin to lobby

“What a charming cottage! Not only was it warm, cozy and had all the amenities one would want, it was in an excellent location! Just a few minutes walk from historic downtown Nevada City and local trails! It was so relaxing, just sitting and listening to the creek. We loved it and would rent it again so we highly recommend it!”
