"The location of the property and property is fine. However, in my humble opinion we all are adults and pass the age where post-it notes with house rules and restrictions are totally forgotten. false advertisement of washing machine with the sign - do not use- check in time at 16:00 is kind of late when on the website it says 14:00. And Greta would not budge... advised to visit shopping center for a day is not why we cam to Bergamo....Very disappointed. Wi-fi leaves a lot to be desired and...

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."
