“La maison de Paolo est magnifique, au calme et avec une jolie vue mer. Les 3 terrasses extérieures permettent de profiter du soleil a chaque moment de la journée et le jaccuzzi est un vrai plus. Nos ados ont adoré! De plus , nous avons eu droit à des petites attentions gourmandes à notre arrivée et à notre départ.”

“We had a lovely 4 night stay in May, with perfect weather for enjoying the fantastic outdoor room with tub overlooking the water. As others have mentioned in their reviews, the three bedrooms are "open concept" without privacy. The converted apartment includes a "loft" bedroom with a low ceiling and tricky stairs. It was more than fine for us as we are family, and limber enough to navigate the loft stairs and tight bathroom. I would return if the circumstances allowed. Likes Easy to get to……

“We stayed as large family group using 5 bedrooms with one spare. Each room had its own bathroom which was really appreciated. Lovely pool and loads of outside space. We booked the chef for a birthday meal and can highly recommend - wonderful food and great personal service. Benedetto was a great host and helped whenever we needed it. Professional and friendly. Walking distance to beach and cafes of lascari , a short drive to cefalu. We had great weather late September except for 1 rainy……

“Toll gelegen, gut ausgestattet und ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt, mit einem schönen Pool, den wir aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht genutzt haben. Die Terrasse vor der Küche ist traumhaft. Wenn es uns nochmal nach Sizilien verschlägt, kommen wir wieder! Danke Enzo!”

“Un petit coin de paradis avec vue sur mer. Équiper pour cuisiner, la literie au top Nous sommes très peu de locataires et donc vous pouvez profitez de la piscine tout seul parfois. Cefalù est a 10 min. Un supermarché est a 5 min et la plage a 10 min en voiture. Le gérant est très sympathique et soucieux de votre confort. Je recommande au famille.”

“Oltre al titolo della villa fuorviante, perché non esiste nessuna piscina all'interno se non quella residenziale e a pagamento, la villa ci è stata fatta trovare in condizioni pessime. Sporco ovunque, padelle sporche d'olio, tende sporche, lenzuola e coprimaterassi ricoperti di polvere e macchie che preferisco non sapere cosa fossero. Il divano letto era in condizioni ancora peggiori. Al piano di sopra una puzza di chiuso pesantissima, ci sono voluti due giorni di finestre aperte per ricambiare……

“We had a superb stay at the villa to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our company, taking current and former staff there for a week. Benedetto was the ultimate host, responsive and supportive, and the setting was superb. We enjoyed both staying in the villa and touring the locality, from the beach and culture in Cefalu to wine tasting in the mountains. “The hotel property was great for families and group of friends. It is an all inclusive resort and you don’t have to worry about paying for drinks, snacks or where to eat. All you have to do is reserve your restaurant of choice. There’s a sports bar open until 2am for late drinks and bar food. Multiple adult pools and a Kids Club for them to play and enjoy their own area. The rooms were cleaned everyday and everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Only about 12-15min from Cefalú! A beautiful……
