"The property was lovely. We even made use of the fantastic Sauna."

"Remote place, without neighbors. But you directly have access to the slope. So in the morning after breakfast one can go directly skiing. The hut has everything needed in the kitchen, good equipped. Wooden stove works great and heat up the hut perfectly. We had no problems with electricity using the solar panels, but also we didn't used much. Warm water is a big plus. The surrounding area is great. We been with 4 kids (4-8 years). They all managed to get up to the hut from parking alone....

"Eigentlich ein schönes Haus.Allerdings sieht man, dass seit Jahren niemand mehr etwas renoviert hat. Innen war es recht sauber, allerdings außen schon fast verfallen. Ingesamt eher aus den 80igern. Es fühlt sich an wie das Austragshäussel des Bauern neben an, in dem zuletzt die Oma gewohnt hat und das jetzt vermietet wird."

"Would be great to have plastic bags for litter bins available. And also good vacuum cleaner so we can better clean small dust, hairs etc. Not sure about wood availability. There was some, we used some. But not sure if it is regularly checked and added? Overall very good facility for reasonable money. Thank you very much!"

"The chalet is rustic and comfortable, with easy access to the train. A great base for ski touring around Langwies and Arosa, as well as some piste days."

Lay-out of the rooms allows for some privacy between families and/or boy/girl teenagers. - Schmitten (which is quiet by itself) as a base camp in a central location for visiting the region. - Parking available - WiFi! This is relatively important given that Switzerland is outside of EU and thus not included in our mobile phone plans (roaming). "Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und nett eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind im Untergeschoss recht dunkel aber ihrem Zweck angemessen. Küche und Wohnraum können für 8 Personen eng sein. Für 6 genau passend. Die Lage zur Talstation der Bergbahn ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß in ca 10 Minuten erreichbar. Zu verbessern gibt es lediglich den Preis zu überdenken. Knapp 2200chf für 6 Tage finde ich auch für 6 Personen übertrieben zumal wenn es sich dabei um eine Familie handelt und die Kosten dann nicht zu...
