Nuestra experiencia: bastante mala. Lo cogimos la tercera semana de julio. A dos días de ir no teníamos noticias, y me puse en contacto el jueves 14/08 (entrábamos el domingo 17) y plantee: 1) si era posible entrar a las 14h en lugar de las 16h, puesto que el día de salida saldremos pronto. 2) si la piscina esta operativa porque estoy embarazada y me gustaría emplearla. 3) si teníamos que llevar el carbón 4) el equipamiento de la cocina 5) si había sabanas y toallas 6) comunique que íbamos con nuestro perro de 10kg, con todas las vacunas puestas. Cuando me contesto, ya no se podía cancelar la reserva sin perder el dinero. Me dijo: 1) que la piscina no está operativa pero que el rio está muy bien 2) casa equipada con sábanas y toallas. 3) que se cobra un suplemento por la mascota Insistí en la piscina porque voy embarazada de 8 meses casi 9 y el río me da respeto, pero no obtuve otra solución. Finalmente no cancelamos porque perdíamos el dinero de la reserva. Al llegar preguntamos por el aire acondicionado y la TV de la habitación, que no llega el cable (necesita alargadera) y no hay mando. Nos dice que tenemos la TV del comedor y que el aire va a parte (en ningún momento lo especifica en ninguna de las web de reserva). Además, la comodidad de las camas y del sofá brilla por su ausencia, el secador no y la luz de terraza tampoco. No nos cobró la fianza del perro y hoy al irnos nos ha dado una botella de vino. Ha sido un despropósito de reserva.

Séjour agréable

Séjour agréable dans un joli petit village. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, propre et au calme mais il a fallu ajouté 20 euros pour avoir la climatisation qui était normalement comprise. L'accueil du propriétaire était tout à fait cordial mais l'échange un peu limité car nous ne parlons pas bien l'espagnol. Je recommande la région mais nous n'avons pas pu faire les randonnées prévues à cause de la chaleur.

Estancia relajante y de desconnexión

El alojamiento estaba genial! Totalmente reformado y acondicionado para temperaturas de diciembre. Las fotos del anuncio no hacen justicia. La ubicación magnífica, en un pequeño pueblecito muy cerca de Graus y tan solo a 30min. de Benasque, Ainsa o Roda de Isábena. Un buen trato por parte del propietario. Hemos pasado muy buenos dias.

Mariano et sa famille nous ont formidablement bien acceuillis dans leur jolie demeure. Nous y retournerons sans doute une autre fois afin de faire plus de de découverte dans la région. Nous vous recommandons sans hésiter de vous y rendre.

Fantástico fin de semana en Casa Sarrau

Estuvimos en casa Sarrau el último fin de semana de julio. Todo fue genial. La casa, totalmente reformada, está impecable. Su situación es muy buena, a 6 km de Graus.Desde allí te puedes mover sin problemas y conocer el entorno, que merece mucho la pena. Nosotros fuimos en familia, con niños y la verdad es que nos encantó. Quiero destacar por encima de todo, la amabilidad de su dueño y en general, la de toda la gente de la zona. Son encantadores. Recomiendo esta casa rural sin ningún tipo de duda. Volveremos con más tiempo.

Maravilloso

Hola mi familia y yo estuvimos una semana alojados allí y desde el primer momento el trato y la amabilidad del propietario y su familia ha sido maravilloso, estuvieron atentos a que no nos faltase nada y que nuestras vacaciones fueran lo mas cómodas posibles. Son unas personas encantadoras y nos llevamos muy buen recuerdo de ellos. La casa es nueva, comodísima y esta totalmente equipada. El entrono donde se encuentra es muy bonito y tranquilo por lo que es un lugar idóneo para desconectar de la ciudad y estar de lo mas relajado. Ha sido un placer conoceros , gracias por todo, volveremos.
