「Exellent service」

「The photos are fake and the price is very high its just a 1 star hotel.」

「The hotel is modestly price and is excellent for an individual or family to stay depending on their needs while staying in Madinah. I have stayed here before and was under the impression that there shuttle services were still available. 「I stayed in the hotel for 4 days and the hotel staff never came to offer wash rags or towels. I didn’t have any toilet tissue in the hotel, and it’s so many things wrong with the hotel. The trash cans are absolutely disgusting inside the bedroom. The refrigerator needed to be clean as well. No one offering to come clean the...

「Falsche Adresse und das ist keine Hotel . Und teuer . Online Alles Info ist falsch. 12 km vor masjid」

「Confirmed reservation from Expedia was not received by hotel and they had no reservation even though made weeks ago. Hotel claims it was Expedia issue while Expedia did not do anything effective to help so overall terrible experience.」
