「Nous avons été plus que ravis par notre étape chez Giovanna. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes et très propres. Le repas au restaurant était exceptionnel, la cuisinière nous a fait découvrir d’excellents plats typiques de la région. Nous aurons plaisir à poser nos bagages plus longtemps. Merci pour tout !」

「The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance.」

「Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr in einem guten Zistand. Es war mal ein sehr gutes Hotel jedoch ist das 20 Jahre her. Fast alle Zimmer haben Wasserschäden und schwarzen Schimmel an den Wänden. ( Gardine mal zur Seite schieben)」

「The property was a beautiful. Cypress tree driveway, excellent pool, very nicely finished clean rooms & bathroom. The chef was on the whole very good. Located within 10km of Matera but in a quiet rural setting. The staff. Anna who served breakfast & checkout was excellent. The rest of the staff are either poorly managed and demoralised or should not be in a hospitality role. Checkin person was rude and didn’t make you feel welcome. Couldn’t really be bothered. The waiters I think must work on...
