“Busy concierge. Room is spacious but staff is too busy to serve. Our luggage came into room late. Construction sites around. Can still hear the noise underneath from the room. Food was delicious though.”

All staff in the hotel are nice which give you a feeling of being at home, from front desk, restaurant, housekeeping ....”

I still ordered the same food as last time. They have really improved a lot. Much delicious. The chef also came to greet us. The service is top notch and I would recommend it. “Need to take taxi if you need to go anywhere, but it is within 15 minutes to Dubai mall. The room was clean and comfortable. ”

“Very nice staff, awesome room that I got an upgrade for. Cool modern design. Clean room. Only downside is I would say the hotel was quite noisy throughout the day due to construction and conferences and at night after midnight too (sounded like furniture being moved around and things banging around), so I guess there is a potential wall thinness issue”
