This was the perfect place for us - no stairs on the property, a block from the beach, and a fenced yard for the dogs. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay, and will return sometime soon.

This was an amazing house. The house was very comfy. The decor was great! The hosts even had treats for the dogs and towels to dry off the dogs. The house had very comfortable beds, lt had everything we needed for cooking meals. The outdoor areas were very creative and useful. It exceeded our expectations.

Nice place! Clean, with everything we might ever need during a stay. Easy walk to a quiet stretch of beach, and dog friendly property layout. County fire ban at the time limited some activities for us, but we still enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Highly recommended.

The house was cozy, carpet was stinky, could smell dog urine. But the rest of the house was fine. Could not figure out the remote. It was a great getaway for everyone, we may rent again in the fall.

Quick 1 nighter with the daughters and grandbabies. The house was perfect with plenty to keep the kids busy. They absolutely loved the outside play area. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Close to the beach witch is very convenient.

This home is everything as it is described in the description. We enjoyed the artistic beach, vibe and spaciousness. The short walk is easy to a beautiful beach. The bedrooms were larger than we expected and very comfortable. The showerhead has good water pressure. The kitchen has everything to support your culinary delights. The privacy of this place is amazing. The hosts are very quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

Loved this House!
This was a cute little cabin/house that worked perfectly for our family + dogs. The house was close to the beach, had a fenced yard and a nice living room space for relaxing at the end of each day. The owners were very responsive, the place was clean and was a great spot for us to land on our vacation. We will stay again for next year's vacation!

I made a booking for a family trip and tried to do some razor claiming, but the open spot was quite far from the house, and it got raining all day wasn't able to do any digging. On Sunday, we did get our limits. Even though the house was a bit far and we didn't get any clams on Saturday, we loved the place and enjoyed our stay..

Wonderful private ocean escape
Lovely property with excellent accommodations for our Newfoundland gentle giant. The beach access is very close and lightly populated - feeling almost like a private beach. Well groomed trail through the dunes with lovely benches to watch the sunset. Open living kitchen plan perfect for a couple or small/medium sized family. Only one bathroom but excellent shower wonderful outdoor spaces to utilize.

Quiet getaway just a block from beach access, the house is tastefully decorated with lots of cute beach themed decor. You can tell the owners have thoughtfully planned everything out and it is very well organized and labeled. Rooms are large in size including the laundry and bathroom. Loved that the courtyard is fenced in and the road is quiet I was able to bring all 3 of my young kids outside without having to worry! Also liked there were plastic plates and cups for those with kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Great place to stay near the ocean
Cute and comfortable getaway super close to a sandy ocean beach. Perfect for families of all ages and pet friendly too. Nice fenced yard with a fire pit and seating (unfortunately didn’t use this time) and a fabulous outdoor table just out the door from the kitchen with comfy seats, hanging outdoor string lights and a large charcoal grill. Oh and a moving water feature for ambiance. Pretty much everything you need is in the kitchen - we brought our food from home as grocery stores are small nearby. There’s a cupboard with games and dvds for entertainment. We couldn’t get the soundboard on the main tv to work and the tv volume wouldn’t go up so we skipped movie night. The only mirror is in the bathroom, and our daughter was disappointed because they aren’t the best for doing makeup or checking your outfit. Comfy beds, lots of nice touches inside and outdoors. We hope to return for another visit.

Perfect beach day stay!
We love Grayland and especially on the 4th of July so this was perfect for our family of four and dog. Great pet-friendly yard and the interior is well done. Nicely updated and charming. Had everything we needed! Love the fire pit and patio, too!

Spacious, clean house with perfect yard for BBQs and dogs
Razor's Edge is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful, big sandy beach on the Pacific ocean. The completely fenced yard has a BBQ, a large picnic table and chairs, plus a separate covered fire pit with more chairs and firewood to use. There's a hose to spray off a sandy dog or feet. Inside, the full kitchen has a large wood bar with stools, pots, pans and dishes. We loved this place!

Great Birthday at the Beach
The property is an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to Westport. We were able to effortlessly enjoy the activities the area offered and sit by a fire in the evenings... it's covered so the occasional drizzle didn't dampen the festivities. The rules were the usual and well posted, easy to accommodate. They are even mailing back a forgotten charger. It was the perfect experience for my last forty something birthday!

Best beach rest
We needed a rest from work and had been here before and loved it. It is dog friendly (most important) and has everything you need. Many recent upgrades (new windows, new beds, new living room furniture, kitchen also has new pans and appliances). Short walk to the beach and good eats near by.

Oven did not work properly, wood stove not working, and beds felt like we were sleeping in a valley.
Overall it was good. Enjoyed visiting with the owner. Owner is in process of remodeling and has a lot to do to make it really a nice place.

Dennis has stayed at this home twice now - if it was so bad the first time...why did you come back for a second stay....for a week??? It's safe to say that Dennis and family won't be back for their third weeklong stay. It's important for us to be a good fit for out guests and for our guests to be a good fit for us - good luck Dennis finding another place to stay. Just before receiving this from Dennis, we were just reading a review (on another platform) from Amber, today's guest that just left - Razor's Edge was the best vacation rental she has stayed in. Goodbye Dennis, hello Amber! Odd that Dennis stayed for a week and now we only hear in the review that the oven didn't work properly. Even odder that no guest before Dennis or since Dennis has had issues with the oven - operator error, Dennis?

Peaceful retreat
We had a wonderful time at Razors Edge. It is very roomy and works great for a family of 6 and 2 dogs. There was a few things we would have liked. One there is no vacuum available to clean up your dogs hair before leaving which we always do and the firewood is wet and hard to maintain a fire. I think their housekeeper could be more thorough as there was a layer of dust all over the coffee and end table when we arrived. Overall it is a great place and had lots of thoughtful touches like taffy left and dog treats for your furry friends. Also we only had 4 bath towels provided for 6 people staying there. This meant we had to do laundry in order for everyone to have a clean towel.

The best of everything
Such a perfect place! Two blocks to the beach path. This home has charm, nostalgia & absolutely everything you’d need, plus the little, finer details most places forget; Kleenex in every room. We were greeted with a dish of Saltwater Taffy as well as a big jar of dog treats. To say it’s dog friendly is understated; it’s dog centered. My small Boston Terrier loved romping freely in the fenced yard. There were extra leashes if you forgot to pack yours, dog dishes to use, event lint rollers! All furniture & beds were welcoming & comfortable. We even had brand new sateen sheets on our beds. There was an endless selection of DVD’s to watch in the evenings. Firewood already inside for the living room wood stove. I could go on & on. My 2 friends, my Boston Terrier & I had the best time ever & will be looking to book our next stay there very soon.

The house is super close to the beach, which is great. Layout is good and beds are very comfortable. We could tell it was a dog-friendly house (couch smelled a bit) but I suspect dog owners wouldn’t even notice (and it’s great to have places where people can bring their dogs). Overall, a good find and we had lots of fun!

Loved the property! Everything was as pictured.nice and clean. Joel was great.Great location as we were down for a clam dig. Awsome cleaning station. Home just had a great homey feel.Litterly everything you need it the kitchen and the washer and dryer was a life saver after braving the cold rain to get your bounty. Our new favorite spot
This home was perfect for our family. The outdoor area has several different hang out spots and has ample room for our dogs and 1 year old to run around and is nice and secure! The owners leave a bucket and shovel out for easy clean up. We utilized the outdoor clam cleaning station, as we had incredible digs just a short walk from the beach! The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for make meals. I loved that is was safe for our little one to roam around freely without anything hazardous for him to get in to. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and appreciated the storage room filled with all the beach items: chairs, games, clam guns and nets, etc. The host was very attentive and timely with communication and even asked us for suggestions as they are planning to do a remodel. We will definitely be back to this treasure!

Great place to unwind we came out (husband, Mom, me and the Corgis) Dog friendly and senior friendly no stairs and the yard is great for the dogs. Short walk from the beach we went every day. We ate most of our meals on the patio (you can hear the waves from there). We stayed for 9 nights and it went by so fast we hope to come back.

Great spot!
A girlfriend and I brought our kids and one dog, this was by far the best spot we’ve had with the group! Everyone had their own space and it was clean, well stocked kitchen. Close to a great beach. Loved it!
