This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The first room I was given was filthy, with stains on the bedding and hair throughout the bathroom and sheets. I was offered another room, and then two more after that, and every single one was dirty and clearly not cleaned. I never even got the chance to sleep and ended up leaving at 2 AM to drive all the way back home exhausted and frustrated.
There was water leaking down the hallway wall directly in front of a room they had just given another guest. That same guest told me his room had mold all throughout it. The fact that they knowingly rented out rooms in those conditions is completely unacceptable and unsafe.
The lobby had no heat. Instead, they had two electric heaters and two natural gas heaters sitting in the lobby and behind the front desk, which felt unsafe and extremely unprofessional. The staff seemed confused and untrained, and it honestly appeared that some of them were living there.
At one point, a woman in pajamas who was called in began arguing with staff about why they would give someone a room if they knew it was dirty. It was chaotic and embarrassing.
I was told to wait until 9 AM to speak to a manager about a refund. The manager was rude, hung up on me multiple times, and even hung up on Expedia. No sleep, no refund, no accountability. Avoid this place. The overall condition of the property shows a complete disregard for guest safety, cleanliness standards, and basic hospitality practices.
