“Had a great time and stay at property. The place was clean and it was easy to access after we read the thick description of how to open the door to the building and the door to the room. It was more than enough space, just wished the hot tub was working when we went.”

“Place looked like projects babies in the street unattended music blasting people hanging out car windows blowing weed smoke we never got access code to check in unit to see the inside vrbo was unable to reach host number they have listed is disconnected we had to book a hotel for our 3 day stay worst experience ever”

“Staying at this vacation rental was an absolute delight! The house was not only cozy and comfortable but also equipped with a convenient kitchenette, allowing us to prepare meals hassle-free. The highlight for our family was definitely the table hockey, providing endless entertainment and fun-filled evenings. “Could use some updates. New shower rod, better towels and hand towels ( there wasn’t any), Xmas decor taken out and the fall color flower. Needs chest drawers in each bedroom to put clothes. Maybe a small chair too. Think washer isn’t working very well. Nice place… needs some work.”

“The apartment was charming and comfy and spacious beyond belief. The decor and colors were amazing. About a 20 minute walk to downtown Decatur and the MARTA to get out about in the Metro Atlanta area. It was a 5 star stay. Only two things the place needed was a full length mirror, it’s getting dressed to head out and can’t see myself head to toe (lol). And put some hot sauce in that cabinet baby. 😂. Other than that, PERFECTION!”

“The apartment was clean, well appointed, and just as it looked online. Parking was super convenient and the location was very close to a lot of really good restaurants. The owners were very detailed in their communications and prompt in responding if I had a question. Everything went great!”

“Firstly, until I had problems, contact with the owners was timely and appropriate. We got to our site around 8 pm. They had warned that the area outside the tent may not have electricity due to the outside lights being solar. However, the tent was supposed to have electricity to for charging and heat. The lights outside didn’t work and the tent didn’t have power. Next, the property had on their listing a wood stove. There is not a wood stove in the tent. There is a fire ring and a large grill.……

“The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with.”
